What we collect and why
The only personal data we collect is the email address you give us when you subscribe to The Partner Brief, our monthly email for GP partners. We use it solely to send you that email.
Our lawful basis is consent. You confirm your subscription by clicking the link we email you (double opt-in), and you can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by emailing us at feedback@aryash.health.
Who processes it
We use Resend (operated by Plus Five Five, Inc., a company based in the United States) to send our emails and store the subscriber list, so your email address is processed in the United States. That transfer is safeguarded by our data processing agreement with Resend, which incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum, as UK GDPR requires for international transfers. Resend also states that it is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, including the UK Extension.
This website is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and secure the service.
What we do not do
- No analytics and no advertising trackers.
- No cookies set by this site.
- We never sell or share the subscriber list.
- This site never collects patient data.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or we close the list. Unsubscribed addresses are removed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at feedback@aryash.health. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
