Work with me

Partners Playbook is free and stays free. Consultancy is how it is funded — no sponsors, no advertising, no data selling. If the guides have been useful and your practice needs more than a guide, this is what I do.

I am Dr Krishnan Pasupathi: a GP partner since 2015, working three clinical days a week in Buckinghamshire. Alongside the day job I hold an MBA from Warwick, an EMCC coaching diploma, and clinical safety officer training (DigiSafe CSO Practitioner). I have been where you are sitting — the contract that lands on a Friday, the resignation that unpicks the rota, the AI tool everyone says you should adopt but nobody will put their name to.

Clinical safety for AI adoption

If your practice, PCN or federation is deploying AI tools — ambient scribes included — NHS England expects a DCB0160 clinical risk assessment with a named clinical safety officer behind it. Most practices have neither. I provide both: the assessment, the hazard log, the safety case, and ongoing CSO cover, done by someone who actually works in a practice and knows what a Tuesday duty list looks like.

AI education for your organisation

Half-day and PLT sessions for federations, training hubs and LMCs. Practical, not evangelical: what the NHS's own Copilot can already do for your staff, where the governance lines sit, and what to leave well alone. Built on the same material as the free starter kit on this site, taken further.

A thinking partner for the business of the practice

Partnership is the loneliest job in the NHS that comes with no training. I offer structured one-to-one work for partners and PCN leads: triaging a new contract or ICB scheme, working a financial decision through properly, preparing for a negotiation or a difficult partners' meeting, or stress-testing whether your current commitments are sustainable. This is thinking-partner work with an MBA and a coaching qualification behind it, not a lecture.

How it works

A scoping conversation costs nothing and commits neither of us. If there is a piece of work worth doing, you get a written proposal with a fixed scope and price before anything starts. I am a working partner three days a week and keep consulting capacity deliberately small, so I take on a few clients at a time and say no when the diary is honest about it. No patient-identifiable data ever enters the work — that is confirmed in writing in every engagement.

Consultancy is provided through Aryash Health Limited (company 17001109, ICO registration ZC086802).
